Collections view default years & units

When viewing a collection, it defaults to certain year bounds (2025 - 2035) and units (mixed units). It would be great to have the default be whatever was last selected. Example: I made a collection for a client, they were interested in results out to 2050. Every time I navigated to the collections page I would need to reselect the correct time frame and Mt CO2 units.
