Market capture for solution-dependent markets

The market capture is appearing when attached to a baseline, regardless of if it was designated as solution-dependent. For example, not all market captures for entering the cropping market/baseline should be available for “in-situ soil carbon measurement”. Only the market capture tied to both the baseline AND solution ghg intensity should appear for that model, rather than every market capture attached to the cropping baseline. If a market capture is solution-independent (i.e., not soln ghg intensity attached), then it should still appear for all models using that baseline.
